The new 2026–2028 edition of The A.A. Service Manual combined with Twelve Concepts for World Service is on the shelf at the LAI office. $5.50 a copy.
This is one book with two titles in it. The Service Manual covers how A.A. services came to be, how the General Service Conference structure works through the year, and what GSRs, DCMs, delegates, directors and trustees actually do. The Twelve Concepts for World Service, written by Bill W., explain the thinking behind that structure and where it came from. Both are General Service Conference-approved.
If you are a new GSR or IGR, or you have ever wondered what happens between your group and New York, this is the book that answers it. It is also worth a look for anyone curious about how our Fellowship governs itself without anyone being in charge.
Stop by the office at 723 Slocum St., Lancaster, or call (740) 653-4869.
Buying literature at your Intergroup office is one of the quiet ways the doors here stay open. Thank you for the support.
